My Philosophy of Teaching
My Philosophy of Teaching
When I think about my role as a teacher, one thing I need to focus is the ability and
students that will be based on mutual respect and trust and everything will then follow.
As a 21st century educator, I need to be more flexible and adapt to what’s in on our
society. I may not be a teacher by profession but I will assure myself and the parents to
be the best I can to help my students reach their goals in life by sharing them and
teaching them the knowledge and ideas they need. As a teacher, I may be in the
express themselves, this is one way of letting them grow as human beings and as a
learner, but while doing so I need to set appropriate limitations. A classroom is their
second home, I need to let them feel that they are welcome and comfortable to use the
resources provided to them. A welcoming and safe classroom helps them to be more
motivated to come to class regularly. To be a professional teacher is not just a duty and
task, it is a passion and dedication that’s within us. These characteristics are not being
learned, but instead, it is our self-realizations that this is our profession and we are so
much willing to be part of the career growth of our students. Being a teacher is a gift
from God, being patient is one of the qualities that not everyone is given a chance. I
may not be a perfect teacher, but I am willing to learn something new to make my
career change even better. When God is the center of every positive action, Trust him
