OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME :

 to enhance pupils’ reading skill via reading the story and also their speaking skill through
retelling the story read.

 to boost pupils’ self- confidence while retelling the story in English in front of the class.

 to increase pupils’ vocabulary via reading the story.

IMPACT:
 This programme was carried out successfully by the Year 6 class teacher with all the Year 6
students. The objective to create a conducive environment for the teachers and students to
communicate in English was achieved in today’s programme.
