REACTION PAPER CHAPTER 1: CLARIFYING WHAT YOUR’E TRYING TO

ACCOMPLISH

In this chapter, reporters provides information and guidance that enables the listener to
understand the following steps on what youre trying to accomplish and why. They also
present different situations regarding their topics and how we handle some issues that
we may encounter.

The first reporter explain the first step that you will do on the project that you want to
accomplish . I conclude defining your scope statement is the initial phase of the project
planning process. So simply project scope helps to distinguish what is and is not
involved in the project and controls what is allowed or removed They also emphasize
that in taking a project, why your doing it is obvious but the real question is why the
project must be done. The second reporter gives a clearly and significant explanation in
figuring out why your’e doing the project.. They also explain clearly on how your project
meets people expectation by figuring the purpose of your project and its objective. Its
also important to identify the people behind the project or where the ideas came from or
they called them the project iniator for us to determine if the project is the idea of
several people or it is directly assign to you. We also need to recognize the people who
will support your project and the people who will benefit from it when it is completed. So
identifying these people we can now determine their needs and how we can handled
them appropriately. They also clarify to consult or review old projects related to your
work for us to coordinate properly the shared personnel and resources.

Overall the presentation is well prepared and informative to the listeners.but some
reporters are having issues in their internet connection resulting to a delayed voice.
