I am ____________T.S ASWIN_______________________ have joined Diploma in Mechanical

Engineering Course on the Academic Year 2017-2018 bearing Class Roll No:_____56____,
Register No:_____17022903__________, Admission No:______DME316____________, under
Management Quota and completed my course in the Academic Year 2019-2020. I have appeared for the
Final Semester Examination held on April/May 2020.
As I have completed my course, I kindly request you to issue me the Transfer Certificate and Course
Completion Certificate along with all the certificates which I have submitted at the time of joining.
Due to Covid-19 Crisis, I am not able to come in person to apply for T.C, C.C and also not able to
fulfill the No Dues formalities. Hence I am forwarding this application through E-mail. I assure you that I
will surrender my I.D card and Library Card at the time of receiving my T.C and C.C. I am aware that if I
am not able to produce my original I.D card and Library card, I will pay the charges and also assure to pay
the Dues if any. I will compulsorily collect my original documents in person on the later date announced by
the college authority.
Kindly consider my Application and issue me the T.C and C.C at the earliest.
