COMMENT ON THE ACCUSED’S MOTION TO REDUCE BAIL BOND

COMES NOW, the People, through the undersigned government prosecutor,

and unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully avers that:
1) The undersigned received an electronic copy of the Motion to Reduce Bail
Bond filed by the Accused on 12 May 2020 praying, among others, for a
reduction of the original amount of his bail bond to an amount in
accordance with OCA Admin Circular 38-020 citing lack of gainful
employment on his part; and

2) In reply, the undersigned interposes no serious objection or opposition to

the Accused’s motion having due regard to the reason thus given.
