of Education parent teacher conference schedule. Thank you.

GDOE PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCE SCHEDULE

The Guam Department of Education (GDOE) would like to remind


stakeholders that parent-teacher conferences (PTC) for elementary, middle
and high school students are scheduled to take place over the next several
weeks. There will be no classes on the days each school is scheduled to
have PTC. The schedule is below:

• October
23, 2020 - Elementary/Head Start PTC
• October30, 2020 - Middle School PTC
• November 6, 2020 - High School PTC (except J.P Torres Success
Academy)

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the conferences will be held remotely on


Zoom, Google Meet, over the phone, through email communication, or
through progress information included in packets for hard copy students.
Parents may contact their child’s teacher directly to schedule an appointment
during the designated PTC day.

The conferences provide an opportunity for parents to discuss each child’s


progress and ways to meet each child’s unique educational needs. Parents
and guardians are encouraged to take advantage of this PTC opportunity.

Hard copy packet and food distribution will not be disrupted due to the
PTC schedule. For more information, please contact your child’s school
directly.
