Marketing strategies for ABC

For the Marketing Domain, we have to work on mainly two areas. First, we would have to market our Fresh
Produce to the Customers. The Target Market Segment would be the Bachelors, Working women who don’t have
the time to go to local vegetable vendor to buy the daily basic necessities such as milk, fresh vegetables and fruits,
and food grains.

Also the one more important Target segment would be the new farmers who wish to come on board with us to
sell their fresh produce by utilising our supply chain capabilities, our transport and warehouse infrastructure to
connect and reach directly to customer.

Our business model is to connect vegetables, Dairy Products, fruits farmers to Individual Customer directly -
by moving the produce directly from farm to the doorstep through supply chain network and agri-
marketing platform.

In simple terms, Customers buy directly from farmers through us and we charge a fixed fulfillment
fee from them and remove multiple of layers of middle men in the process. This way both farmers
and Customers gets a better price and convenience.

Ours is a low-margin-high-volume model and the profits would come from controlling your cost
and not selling at higher margins, because lower price is a competitive advantage.
