Funding the space exploration

Ever since the human discovered the beauty of the space, he dreamed about exploring it. From the first space
flight and the first man taking a step on the moon, the human race has progressed a lot, using satellites for television, internet
connection or any other broadcasting system. There are numerous impacts while funding the space exploration, even though
people have different opinions on the allocation of the funds. It is my conviction that the most influential reason to fund space
exploration is the rapidly increasing world population.

On the first place, it is wide-known that Earth’s population is growing at a fast-pace and in the near future
there will be no more space for many of us on the planet. This phenomenon is called overpopulation. By funding space
exploration, we will probably find another planet that can sustain life and our non-stopping progress, because our planets’
natural resources and wildlife are slowly decading because of our greediness. For example, Elon Musk owns the company
SpaceX, which is constantly trying to create new technologies to use in discovering another planet or even create life on
planets that don’t have an atmosphere and aren’t capable of sheltering people.

On the other hand, none of this can be achieved without deeply understanding the outer space, that’s why
satisfying human’s natural curiosity should be reason enough to invest on space exploration. Also, it is a good privilege for
many countries to unite for a common cause, putting together all the data they collected individually and making ground-
breaking discoveries.

To sum up, it is obvious that the main priority must be given to the search of a new living space for Earth’s
constantly growing population because it will soon become a threatening necessity, among the disparition of natural
resources.
