SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

BY THIS POWER OF ATTORNEY the Client of Tickmill Ltd. does hereby constitute and appoint

Tmill Technologies (operating under www.pilotforex.com) of _Malaysia with passport / ID/ registration
number SA0462266-D to be his/her true and lawful Attorney and in his/her name and on his/her behalf
do and execute all or any of the following acts, namely:

1. To deposit and/or receive money to and from Tickmill Ltd., a Company duly registered under the
laws of Republic of Seychelles, regulated by Financial Services Authority (FSA), License No SD008 ("the
Company"), to give orders to deposit money on all of his/her trading accounts under his/her Client
Area, with the Company, to withdraw and/or transfer and give orders to withdraw and/or transfer
money credited on all of his/her trading accounts under the Client Area, by the Company and/or
charge such account with unlimited amount of money.

2. To apply charges that may need to be applied when executing this Power of Attorney.

3. To sign on behalf of the Client all and any necessary and required documents and/or disposals and/or
transfers and/or receipts and/or statements and/or applications and/or forms to execute above
mentioned acts.

This Special Power of Attorney replaces and holds power over all and/or any previous Special Power
of Attorneys agreed upon and/or signed by both the Client and his/her lawful Attorney, and all
transactions performed by his/her lawful Attorney as per paragraph 1 of this Special Power of
Attorney, prior to the date of signature of this Special Power of Attorney, shall be deemed valid and
considered to be performed with the Client’s expressed consent and approval.

THE CLIENT HEREBY DECLARES, AGREES AND UNDERTAKES to accept, ratify and confirm all and
whatsoever his/her said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done or purport to do by virtue of
this Power of Attorney.
