without any interference that may arise however I should also respect other people’s
perception when they are exercising and expressing their own.

to be responsible in every decision I will made without hurting other people’s feelings
and emotions.
c. The right to have the quality education for my future and the future of the society in
which I should also give the best of my abilities in performing in school.

B.
1. Did you violate other people’s right, or your own right? How are you going to
respond to the violation you made?
“I have the freedom to express and voice out my own opinions, beliefs and thoughts
without any interference that may arise however I should also respect other people’s
perception when they are exercising and expressing their own.”
In some of the situations in my life, I am always expressing my own perception
with regards to the issue and to be honest while exercising my freedom of expression I
have somehow not letting other people speak about their own in which I am just standing
individually and not listening to other people’s voice. For example, I am against same sex
marriage such that sometimes I am discriminating the third gender which some of my
friends are bisexual, transgender, gays, lesbian and others. With my own perception,
sometimes I am closing their opinions with this matter and continuously stating my
opinions without thinking of their feelings and emotions in the words I am saying.
Responding with this kind of attitude, I am now practicing of letting also people to say
about the issue and let myself open to other people’s life and step out of the box that I am
enclosed with. Moreover, letting them speak out may also help me to change my own
perception with this matter for they have also the right that they should exercise.

2. What is the most important right vis-à-vis responsibility for you?

“I have also the freedom to pursuit the happiness and enjoy life in which I am also
obliged to be responsible in every decision I will made without hurting other people’s
feelings and emotions.
As an individual, I am also looking forward to living your life to the fullest in
which I am always looking forward to be happy and experience the enjoyment of life as I
can be without any other interference. However, it is also my responsibility to
acknowledge the laws and other possible factors that may affect in exercising my rights.
Moreover, I am also still to consider the possible circumstances and outcome in the
happiness I want to experience. So that, in every decision I will make there will be no
regrets afterwards and if thus I should take a step towards with this and be responsible for
the consequences of my actions. Lastly, taking my own happiness should also respect the
people’s feelings and emotions for one of the attitude that I want to develop is the act of
not being selfish toward others for it is always better to be happy with the people are also
happy for you.

3. What is your right and responsibility that is also common to others? Explain this by
searching and citing one national news that is relevant to your answer. Indicate the
link of your source.
“The right to have the quality education for my future and the future of the society in
which I should also give the best of my abilities in performing in school.”
To receive the quality education is also one of the rights that I believe every youth should
practice. The government has its big factor in providing a decent education for their
countrymen. With the recent Kto12 program, one of its purpose is to have a betterment
living for the future of the students especially to the youth who cannot suffice to study in
college. In the recent news, with the help of the Kto12 program, the senior high school
graduates living the fishing village can now be hired to a resort where they have taken
their work immersion which is one of the subject in the program. Their good performance
gave them the opportunity to work early and help their parents. Thus, I do believe that in
exercising this kind of rights, we, the students, should also take their part in performing
well in school for government’s actions and even our parent’s hardwork will be effortless
if we are wasting the opportunity. Lastly, we always want to experience the best quality
education, but it will only be experienced if we should give our extraordinary efforts to be
the best student.
