A BILL

Be it enacted by the Senate OR House of Representatives of the United States of America


in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the Weasley Federal Recycle Act.

SECTION 2. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE/NEED

(1) This act is authorized to start the process of recycling. To which has been
created and is put in the process of becoming an official act.

(2) An average of waste per day generates around 5 pounds. Doing the math about
2000 pounds a year per person is being taken in. This multiplied by the amount of
American citizens is more than 500 million pounds of trash.

(3) Recycling will reduce the land exploitation taken by landfills. These take up the
possibilities for the need of a home or shelter.

(4) As we are doing what we're doing now, extreme amounts of animal habitats are
being obliterated. Every day nature is being destroyed to expose more land for
landfills. Just one landfill itself will result in loss of up to 300 species.

(5) Pollution has been exposed during these times caused by all of landfills. Leading
up to possible diseases and health effects. Few citizens who live near landfills
have been triggered by the action.
SECTION 3. PROVISIONS - BENEFITS AND ELIGIBILITY

(1) A huge majority of animals will be safe in their habitats. Recycling will slow down
the destruction of forests.

(2) A vast population will be given cleaner air. There will be no given risk of chemical
nor affect in health.

(3) Upcoming current recycling companies or organizations will have many uprising
in their businesses.

(4) If we were to start the act now, more than two million jobs would be available to
citizens.

(5) This law applies to all U.S. citizens. The act of recycling encourages the act of
safety towards the public.

SECTION 4. PROVISIONS - TERMS AND BENEFITS OF SERVICE

(1) This act is going to reduce the amount of landfills taken up. It may additionally
improve our economy and environment.

(2) All citizens above the age of 18 must comply with the rules of the act. Those of
which are minors shall be watched over by their guardian or parent.

(3) States of the middle eastern will have prior to the recycling system. Due to the
upcoming use in landfills.

(4) The action of disobeying the act will get a fine of $2,500 due to the permanent
action and resistance. The act of violation towards this bill will be unprohibited
and not be taken in easily.

(5) Policies of newly installed screening will be established in garbage trucks. Hence
the complications of who commited the transgression.
SECTION 5. ADMINISTRATION ​(Government agencies and department to execute the law once it's
passed)

The International Solid Waste Association, the Environmental Protection Agency,


Renewable Fuels Association, the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries, and the
National Waste & Recycling Association shall all come together at once to enforce
the Weasley Federal Recycle Act.

SECTION 6. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS ​(Include amount of funding requested AND


rationale)

​ he federal government and United States Environmental Protection Agency will take

part in the funding of this law. The purchase of a monthly recycle pickup costs around $5
to $25. The days of pickup are selected by your county. An average hourly pay for a
recycle pickup driver would be around $20. The action of disobeying the act will be a fine
of $2,500 due to the permanent action and resistance. The recycling plants will be
equipped throughout the whole nation. To start we will be creating twenty recycling
plants in the bigger states and ten towards the smaller. This amount does not include the
current recycling plants established. The overall donation request is $60 billion. With this
funding we are able to continue the act.
