Cinnamon rolls

When cinnamon, sugar, and butter are mixed, something that many people globally enjoy is
created, the cinnamon roll. There is not much information about the history of cinnamon rolls.
But it is said that the first cinnamon roll was baked in Sweden. In fact, in Sweden, on October
4th, the cinnamon roll day is celebrated. Today, a variety of cinnamon rolls are found worldwide,
and everyone can prepare them. Before describing how cinnamon rolls are made, some terms
need to be explained. The cinnamon roll is a sweet pastry with a filling of sugar mixed with
cinnamon powder and butter. The filling is a mixture used for stuffing. First, it is required the
following ingredients. For the dough, it is needed; all-purpose flour, milk, butter, egg, granulated
sugar, baking powder, salt, and instant yeast. For the filling, it is necessary brown sugar, butter,
and cinnamon powder. The preparation is easy, and it will only take 40 minutes. Before starting,
preheat the oven to 190°C and grease a baking pan. Afterward, make the dough. In a large bowl,
combine the flour, milk, butter, egg, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and yeast. Mix until a
shaggy dough is formed. Put the dough on a clean surface and knead until it is mostly smooth.
Return the dough to the bowl, cover it, and let it rest. Meanwhile, make the filling. In a medium
bowl, mix the brown sugar, the melted butter, and cinnamon powder until it is combined. Then
take out the dough and roll it out on a lightly floured surface. Spread the filling evenly over the
dough and roll it into a log. Later cut it into even pieces and put them in the baking pan. Next,
bake for 25 minutes until the edges are lightly golden brown. Previously, take them out of the
oven and let them cool. Finally, enjoy it. As the cinnamon roll keeps being one of the most
popular sweet treats in the world, I think it is so much more than a confection that you eat.
Culturally talking, it is something that joins people and creates bonds.
