Dear Sir:

This concerns my son ZYRICK LAURENCE ESLAO TIMMANGO, freshman

Aeronautical student in that prestigious school. Please be informed that since yesterday night, he
had been experiencing unusual chills in Baguio (after attending the celebration of his brother’s
graduation) and early this morning during his trip to Pampanga, his temperature started to rise.
Upon reaching Pampanga with the hope of him attending his classes, his temperature gradually
rose that he is now experiencing high fever and severe headaches. With no one to take him to the
clinic, I advised him to stay at home for the mean time and rest for today. Due to his concern that
he will miss his long quiz, and the activities that will be done, I am writing this letter with the
prayer that your good self would consider and excuse my son for his absence in his class today.

We, parents who are miles apart from our children rely on prayers that our children will
always be healthy and strong so they won’t miss their classes especially that we are not with them
to take care for them in situations like this. I therefore respectfully pray for your kind consideration
and understanding and favorable action regarding this matter. Feel free to contact me with any
