Burger king has their own goals, objectives , mission or vision. The following are the goals and objectives
of burger king:

Increase the rate of profit.

Provide career improvement and trainings in willing member of the organization.

Sell product with a high quality, attractive, clean that can fullfill every customers needs.

Provide a good quality of service.

Have a better restaurant performance than to its competitors.

Have a high number of customers.

High efficiency and effectiveness

Organizing

Burger King organization are intended to formulate strategies and plans in order to meet its goals and
objectives. Burger King organizes its business by determining the things that should be done, how it will
be done and how to do it. Burger King alwys consider a detailed set of step by steo procedures and
activities in order to meets its goals and objectives. The following are some of the examples of activities
and task which are experienced by the business.

A. Maintaining Cleanliness is a crucial activity that must be implemented so a day to day schedule of
cleaning the different location within the establishment of Burger King are then propagated.

Staffing

In order to manned each organized activities, Burger King divided its organization into a different
departments which has their own skills and qualifications.. Each departments have their own
responsibilities and roles wherein the organized activities are then propagated by the respective
department such as the cooking of valuables and products are manned by the Kitchen Department. In
addition, Burger king comprises of different departments such as the Finance department, IT, Marketing.
Operation. Legal Department, Franchising and Devrlopment Department and People Management and
Learning Department wherein each department have their own primary or general roles in the
organization. Each departments have their own members which also have their own specific
responsiblities that are based on the genralize roles of their department/team.

Leading

. Burger King organization motivates and leads its staffs in order to build a strong bond within the
organization. Encouraging its staffs will lead to a high productivity, a good service and high quality of
ptoducts.

Controlling

. Meeting effectiveness and efficiency in producivity and service are very crucial in a business. Likewise,
an approved policies and guidelines was implemented to the organization of Burger king to ensure the
plans and activities are accomplished due to the avoidance of possible sonsequences such as:
Punctuality: Coming late at work will result to a reduction to the employee's salary.
