SRAM:

1. Uses capcitors and flip flops


2. Faster transmission speeds
3. Much more expensive
4. Doesn't require to be refreshed

DRAM:
1. Uses capacitors (which holds the 0 or 1) and transistors (which act as a switch)
2. Cheaper
3. Must be refreshed every 15 microseconds. If not, it will lose its value (all
becomes 0s)
4. Consume less power
5. Higher storage capacity
