This Products and Services Agreement is entered into on the 1st of 2015 by and between BTaS and the
Customer, both of whose details are set out in the table below, and consists of the attached General Terms and
Conditions together with the Schedules (if any) appended to them or any which are subsequently executed by the
parties and any and all Order for Products and Services entered into by the parties or their Affiliates (collectively, the
