Further, the contributory Pension Scheme index numberas allotted in the column no. 10 of above table should be taken into account while claiming the salary of the above individuals. The 10% (i.e. Basic Pay + Grade Pay)+D.A. of contributory Pension Scheme subscription will automatically be deducted from the monthly salary of the individuals. Further, the unit officers are requested to propose a journal for CPS Board contribution by crediting equal amount as mentioned in the above para under the head of account 550351 and debit, as stated in the Deputy Chief Accounts Officer I (copy) already sent. ‘The contributory Pension Scheme Schedule under the head of account 550350 ~ CPS employees contributon and a copy of journal proposed under the head of account 550351 — CPS Board’s contribution should be sent to head office before 5° of succeeding month for taking further action without fall. Both the amount under the head of account 550350 and 550351 should be equal for every month. ‘The unit officers are instructed to follow up the instruction scrupulously without any devation as already mentioned in the above circular.
