What are the pros and cons of keeping fit?

Keeping fit, by definitions, the expression

"keep-fit" means "physical exercises to keep
your body healthy". Some might describe keep-
fit as eating healthy and just living a healthy live
overall. When we talk about the pros and cons
of keeping fit, there's a lot of things to talk
about.
To begin with, let's talk about the benefits of
keeping fit. If you keep fit by exercising
correctly, eating healthy and just living a
healthy live overall, you would have a more
"appealing" appearance, other people would
find you more attractive and you wouldn't get
tired when doing little to moderate exercise in
you day to day life.
On the other hand, by trying to keep fit and
exercising incorrectly, you could injure yourself
and develop serious health problems. Some
people, by trying to keep fit, they neglect their
food portions, they overwork physically and
they end up injured. Some might start feeling
bad mentally because they were told that being
fit is the beauty standerd and not being fit
makes them feel ugly or "not enough".
To sum up, being fit is a great thing, everyone
should try to keep fit, but we shouldn't overdoo
it and end up hurting ourselves physically and
(or) mentally.
