Oral hygiene in oral health is important. Some oral and dental problems can occur due to
poor oral hygiene. Concern for oral health is very necessary and is the most appropriate remedy
for dental and oral problems. The purpose of selecting this case study was to examine dental and
oral nursing care care in the case of tooth persistence 53 with retraction of anesthesia infiltration
in patient B at the dental care clinic of the Poltekkes Ministry of Health, Jambi.
This type of research is a study conducted using qualitative research methods with a
research study of 10-year-old woman who has a complaint of one of his teeth, 53 teeth that have
been persistent. Using consideration of purposive sampling that is taking a sample based on a
particular consideration such as the nature of participation as well as the characteristics that have
been known previously.
The results obtained were that the patient may have left lower front teeth ache since 2
weeks ago and had never done any treatment and still gave the same complaints as a case of
persistent or multiple nursing care. The intervention plan and the implementation of tooth
extraction using anesthesia infiltration in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures
(SOP) without complications and the extraction guidelines have been carried out so that the
passes no longer need the necessary treatment before.
