2 Installation Notes

Before installing PowerBuilder, please read the section titled Special
Installation Instructions, in the Release Bulletin for PowerBuilder
12.5.2. The Release Bulletin is available on the Sybase Web site:

1. Go to the Sybase Product Manuals Web site at

http://sybooks.sybase.com.
2. Select PowerBuilder and click Go.
3. Select PowerBuilder 12.5.2.
4. Select the Release Bulletin for your edition of PowerBuilder.

If you want to use the demo database, code examples, or tutorial,

you must install SQL Anywhere 12 before you install PowerBuilder.
These features are not installed if the setup program does not
detect the presence of SQL Anywhere 12.

You should also read the Release Bulletin for known issues and last
minute release information.
