Description:The Asset Specialist will perform all assigned tasks necessary to support the receiving

and inventory processes for the customers’ requirements and support production work areas. The
duties will include receiving, processing, stocking, issuing, kitting, moving, transporting and
expediting of production property and equipment, replenishment of required tooling and consumable
operating supplies for the production work areas. The job requires accurate updates of system
records and manual records indicating the correct inventory levels of each material. Basic
Qualifications: - 1-2 years previous receiving, warehouse, and inventory experience required - Ability
to lift and handle up to 50 lbs., stand for 9 hours per day - Ability to operate material handling
equipment i.e. Tran-stacker, Stock Picker, Work Assist Vehicles, pallet jacks, drive a van or truck
and climb up and down ladders and stairs - Dependable and reliable - Must be willing and able to
work extended hours holidays and shift schedules in accordance with the collective bargaining
agreement - Excellent customer service skills in working with shop floor control - Good
communication, organizational, time management and mathematical skills - Must be able to
demonstrate and apply basic math, unit of measures conversions and measurements - Maintains
inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of
materials or items received or distributed through a computer. May also assist in counting of physical
inventory - Able to adapt to change and participate with process improvements in the inventory
areas and material control process - Candidate is focused on enhancing material and equipment
control in the production and inventory areas - Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license - Must
be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance Desired Skills: - Active DoD Secret
Security Clearance - 1-5 years receiving, inventory, warehouse, and kitting experience - Knowledge
of Microsoft Office Suite applications - Ability to operate handheld scanners (HHT
