GCC 5. Supplier?s Responsibilities
Clause
5.1 Delivery of the Goods and completion of the Related Services shall be in accordance with the
Delivery and Completion Schedule specified in the Section 6: Schedule of Requirements. The
documents to be furnished by the Supplier shall be specified in the PCC.
The documents to be furnished by the Supplier shall be as follows:
1. Product specification and country of Origin
2.Supplier's warranty
3. The Tenderer must pay all types of TAX and duties
4.All the products must match with the samples privided
5. Post inspection sample size will be the 100% of orginal Lot
GCC 8. Contract Price
Clause
8.1 The Contract Price shall be specified in the PCC.

GCC 13. Warranty
Clause
13.1 A warranty shall be required from the Supplier for a minimum period as may be specified in
the PCC.
The Period of validity of the warranty shall be : 3(Three) months from the date of delivery in
Shikalbaha 225 MW CCPP store
