Subject : Clean Rooms for Incoming Guest

Effective from 28 September 2020, HOTEL HARRIS RESORT will implement a new policy on room
cleanliness. All employees will have their own cleaning tools to make work easier on every floor.

All employees must use the new tool at pantry housekeeping September 28, 2020.

This is conveyed to inform all of you that many complaints received regarding the room are not clean
that you are not running the standard operating procedures of the service, and the comfort of our
guests. So, all are required to improve the services provided to our guests.
