A leader who has passion is driven forward from the energy it produces. When it comes to leading
yourself and others, passion and energy are essential. Donald Trump said, “Without passion, you
don’t have energy; without energy, you have nothing.” Leaders who have passion also bring energy
into what they do.
 Responsible
A leader does have to get the group focused, even if specific goals are unclear. Michael Dell said, “You
have to show that you know the way, even if you have no idea what to do.”A good leader must be
responsible enough to earn the trust of his/her group.
 Good Communication Skills
A good leader must have good communication skills. Communication is the most important key to
leadership success. All the best leaders are first- rate communicators. Their values are clear and
solid, and what they say promotes values. Their teams admire them and follow their leader.
 Dedicated
A good leader must be dedicated to transform his vision into mission. If you can’t dedicated yourself
to what you want to achieve in life very seldom you will achieve what you want. The price of victory
is high but so are the rewards. As a leader being dedicated is a priority. A confident leader must be
dedicated. Likewise, a focused leader must be dedicated. For one thing, being dedicated is keeping
your dreams alive.
 Determined
The quality that makes all the difference between those who are good leaders and those who are
great leaders is self-determination. Self-determined individuals understand that work is not just a
place to earn a living, but is also a place to grow and learn while helping others do the same. They act
rather than react and thereby spend less time blaming and more time finding solutions. They are able
to take calculated risks because they are more motivated by growth than by fear. Their worth is
defined by aligning their decisions with their principles. Hence, they can make the difficult decisions
even when those decisions aren’t popular.
