    SITE ALTERNATIVE UNDER CONSIDERATION (IF ANY)

     Mining lease site is selected on the basis of occurrence of mineral for suitable end use.

     The limestone mine was initially sanctioned prospecting license for a period of two years
    vide State Government order no. F-2-75/ 09/ 12/ 1 Bhopal dated 06.05.2010 for an area
    of 159.395 ha w.e.f. from 08.06.2010 to 07.06.2012. The applied area is part of area held
    under prospecting license.

     DCBL applied for grant of mining lease over 115.411ha. mineralized area out of total
    159.234 ha area granted under PL vide application dated 29.03.2012. The State
    Government of MP has taken decision to grant precise area over 89.234 ha. after
    excluding prohibited area (nalla and applicable statutory barriers) at village Jamuna,
    Tehsil Rampur Baghelan, District Satna, Madhya Pradesh under mining lease and
    communicated such decision vide letter No. F-3-07/2013/12/1 Bhopal Dated-
    24.01.2014.
