How to join the WebEx Event.

Join the meeting on your computer.

1.) Open the invitation link (Microsoft Edge is recommended).

Note: You can join 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.

2.) Please fill out First name, Last name and Email address.

3.) Then click Join Now. WebEx will open and you are joining the event.
Please do not click on „Join by browser“ as this option does not support audio.

Log in is disabled
• Please make sure that you‘re joining the right event.
• Maybe the event has not started yet.
