How To Use
• Add to distilled water or water based product (PAG) at 0.25% - 5% by weight.
• May require stabilization. Depends on final formulation and other components/
additives that are in the formulation
• Mixing time: minimum of one hour
• Can be used in liquid form for MWF or lubrication application
• Can be used in dry application: dipped or sprayed on a surface to be protected and
dried at room temperature. The solid containing layer will give excellent lubricity and
protective properties.
• Avoid using sodium o-phenylphenate base biocides with corrosion inhibitor Sebacic
acid in same formulation with Nanolub® IW-4000. It may cause instability of particles.

 W a rranty
Nanotech Industrial Solutions (NIS) warrants the quality of its lubricants (the “Product”). NIS
warrants the performance of its lubricants when used in the correct application under the
appropriate conditions. In the event the Product fails to conform to the warranty, NIS will
pay for reasonable costs of repairs for damages which are caused solely and directly by
a breach of warranty. The warranty protects your engine or equipment (the “Equipment”)
against lubricant related failure subject to the following terms:

• The Product was used in accordance with the operating instructions of the
manufacturer of the Equipment.

• The Equipment is used under normal operating conditions and maintained

according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.

• The Product was changed as specified by the Equipment manufacturer

maintenance schedule and the proper lubricant level has been maintained in the
Equipment through documentation of frequency of oil make up.

• Written notice of such failures is provided to NIS within thirty (30) days of the such
failure or damages resulting therefrom. Notice should be sent to:

• NIS is provided a sample of the used Product from the failed Equipment within
such thirty (30) day period.

• Documentation that the Equipment has been maintained in a preventive

maintenance program which meets the Equipment manufacturer’s r
ecommendations.

NIS is not responsible for any consequential or indirect damages or losses. The foregoing
warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether written, oral or implied,
including but not limited to those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
