(Midterm)

Kindly give the importance of Delegation assuming that you’re the President of the Philippines
facing Pandemic crisis.

If I will be the President of the Philippines and we are facing the pandemic crisis, I would

like to give the most important because delegation is has a dominant role in this situation that

we need for this crises, we all know that delegation is assign of any authority to another person

(normally from a manager/leader to a subordinate) to carry out the specific activities which are

to face the problem and how to solve with delegated people. Therefore, when leaders delegate

certain tasks to others, they become free to focus on higher-value activities and use their time

more productively. Delegation not only gives leaders time for strategic thinking, but it also

allows them to focus on other tasks that only they can perform, such as leading and coaching

their teams. So this kind of help from delegated people in our country would be one of the

actions to fight this crisis which is a pandemic that is very dangerous to our health. If we follow

the delegated rules/instructions properly from our dear leaders for sure this pandemics crisis is

ended.
