Essay: Assuming that you are newly hired Manager of 711 retail store. How would you give
importance in planning?

If I will be the newly hired manager, the first thing that I will do is to be careful in

every action that I do, be reproductive, focus on my work, build a good relationship with

co-workers and employees. In other words, I would like to give the best and good

quality characteristic, action, and behavior of being a manager to fulfill the goals of a

business or a company. In Panning I will give it the most dominant function of the

management because we all know that this position has a lot of challenges. Therefore,

planning is need at every entry-level of the management, and the absence of planning

every business activity of the organization will become meaningless. Planning provides

us direction, reduces the risk of uncertainty, reduces overlapping and wasteful activities,

promotes innovative ideas, facilitates decision making, also establishes standards for

controlling and a lot of benefits/advantages of having planning for every sector of the

management.
