Who We Are
Nu Bloom Botanicals is a premium wellness brand. We create
premium lifestyle products incorporating organic US hemp and
functional ingredients.

Nu Bloom Botanicals began in the hills of Malibu, California with the idea
that healthy living and wellness is the core to a happy life.

We started creating CBD-based products to solve our everyday “pain

points” – from sleep issues to post-workout muscle recovery – and shared
them with friends and family.

From there, we developed a full product line designed to address daily

needs with holistic formulas and top-quality effective ingredients.

Our products are appropriate for traditional grocery, natural food retailers,
adult use, convenience, and fitness/active lifestyle retailers.
What We Make
We manufacture our signature water-based oral sprays and topical products
using our proprietary Nano CBD, extracted from organic US Farm Bill hemp
and prepared using our unique nanotization process to increase bioavailability
(how fast it’s absorbed and how much your body can use).

We combine that highly effective hemp with targeted ingredients and traditional
botanicals to support common wellness needs: daily balance and energy,
sleeplessness, muscle relief, common PMS discomfort, and playful intimacy
elevation.

We use 100% organic hemp grown in the US, combined with top quality
ingredients. Our products are ethically sourced and contain no pesticides,
yeast, mold, heavy metals or toxins.
Our Lab
Unlike many supplement brands, we control all product research &
development, formulation and fulfillment at our FDA-registered lab facility in
Santa Ana, California. We have a state-of-the-art ISO certified clean room
and we are GMP compliant.

Our R&D team includes professional formulators, botanists, herbalists, Ph.D.

chemists and compliance specialists.

Our brands use the proprietary CBD nanotization technology

developed by our own Product Specialist, Andy DangVu.

Q. What exactly is nanotization?

A. Nu Bloom Botanicals’s “Nano CBD” uses our water-based formula that breaks the cannabidiol down to a molecular level, allowing for higher
bioavailability (body absorption rate) and accelerating the ingredients’ effect.

Q. Which quality control measures do you take?

A. To ensure quality and safety, we use a microbatch process, and we test all our products for:

○ Microbiological contaminants (yeast and mold); we are certified as shelf stable for 2 years without contaminants

○ Heavy metals

○ Pathogens, toxins, pesticides

○ Elemental analysis

○ Terpene profiles

Q. What is microbatching?
A. Microbatching means that we make our products in small batches, rather than making bulk amounts at one time. This allows for strict
quality control, and ensures that the cannabidiol does not have time, once extracted, to be degraded by outside elements.

Q. Where is your raw material sourced?

A. From our partner farm located in the exclusive farm use 80-acre zone (EFU) in Washington County, Oregon. 

Q. What type of farming and spraying is done on neighboring farms within 50 miles?
A. It is a vegan farm that has never used any pesticides in the growing and production of their plant material. They have a filtered drip water
system on each plant and their soil is graded A-1 by Washington County. Since 2010, their material has consistently tested free of pesticides
and heavy metals.

Q. How often and how deep are soil tests administered?

A. Soil tests are taken prior to planting and at 6-week intervals during the duration of the growing cycle, at 1- to 12-inch depths.

Q. Previous to growing hemp, what was the land used for? If farming, were organic methods used? 
A. Our partner farm has been a commercial cannabis farm since 2010. Since the conclusion of the 2016 season, they changed operations to
concentrate on hemp production and processing. They are a vegan farm and have always practiced sustainable farming.

Q. What strains of plant are your hemp plants based on?

A. The majority of our plant material is Otto and Cherry Wine.
