技术标准

1 Scope 范围

1.1 This standard specifies the quality requirements for pressure-sensitive

adhesive tapes for packaging本标准规定了包装用压敏胶粘带的质量要求。
1.2 This standard applies to the procurement and acceptance of Yili Indonesian
Dairy本标准适用于伊利印尼乳业的采购及验收。
1.3 This standard applies to adhesive tapes that use BOPP or OPP as a
substrate and evenly apply pressure-sensitive adhesive on one side of the
substrate. The adhesive tape is mainly used for packaging such as box sealing
and strapping本标准适用于以BOPP或OPP为基材，在基材一面均匀涂覆压敏胶粘剂的胶粘
带。该胶粘带主要用于封箱、捆扎等包装用。

2 Material requirements 材料要求

见表 1。

The Connector shall not exceed two, but the length of each
section of tape ＞10m. It shall be firm and unwinding is not
easy to break. The total number of Connector tapes shall be Visual

7 Signs, packaging, transportation and storage 标志、包装、运输和贮存

7.1 Signs标志
7.1.1 The product logo can be written in English产品标识中可用英文书写。
7.1.2 The inner surface of the tape roll core should be marked with a
trademark, and the trademark expression is allowed to be incomplete in a
single narrow tape,胶带卷芯内表面应注明商标，较窄的胶带，单个时允许商标表达不完
整。
7.1.3 The product name, trademark, specifications, quantity, production date,
factory name, factory address, quality inspection mark, product quality level,
and pressure, moisture, sunscreen, fire protection and other signs should be
indicated on the outside of the box of each tape. Comply with the provisions of
GB/T 191, each box of products should be equipped with a product certificate每
箱胶带的包装箱外应注明产品名称、商标、规格、数量、生产日期、厂名、厂址、质检印记、产
品质量等级以及防压、防潮、防晒、防火等标志，各类标志应符合GB/T 191的规定，每箱产
品内应装有产品合格证。
7.2 Packaging包装
7.2.1 Inner packaging 内 包 装 ： Adhesive tape with the adhesive side facing
inwards, wound with a paper tube core into a roll, and wrapped with film 胶粘带
粘着面向内，用纸筒芯卷绕成卷，并用薄膜包装。
7.2.2 Outer packing外包装
Packed in a cardboard box with products of the same specification and color
as a package, with the product quality certificate and packing in the box. The
cardboard box should have a certain strength and rigidity to ensure that the
product will not be damaged during storage and transportation用纸板箱以同一规格、
颜色产品为一包箱装，箱内附产品质量合格证和装箱。纸板箱应有一定的强度与刚度，以
保证产品在贮存、运输时不致损坏。
7.3 Transportation运输
The product must be handled lightly during transportation, avoiding
horizontal and squeezing,avoiding placing in the sun and rain; it must not be
transported with volatile solvents and corrosive substances产品在运输过程中必须

轻拿轻放，避免横放和挤压、放置阳光暴晒和雨水淋袭；不得与挥发性溶剂和腐蚀性物品
混运。
7.4 Storage贮存
7.1.1 The product should be stored in a warehouse without volatile solvents,
should not be close to fire sources, heating, and avoid direct sunlight产品应贮
存在无挥发性溶剂存在的库房内，不应靠近火源、暖气，避免阳光直射。
7.1.2 Store away from the ground or wall; do not lay it horizontally and the
carton must not be deformed离地、离墙存放；不得横放，纸箱不得变形。
7.5 Shelf life保质期：One year from the date of production自生产之日起，保质期
一年。
