Coco is a 2017 3D American fantasy computer-animated film produced by Pixar

Animation Studio, Darla K. Anderson as producer and released by Walt Disney Pictures. This
story was directed by Lee Unkrich and Adrian Molina, Lee Unkrich who had the original idea
while Adrian Molina wrote the screenplay. The film is filled by the voices of Anthony
Gonzalez, Gael García Bernal, Benjamin Bratt, Renee Victor and Ana Ofelia Murguía. The
film was released in the United States on November 22, 2017 and in Indonesia on November
24, 2017.
The COCO film is the story of Miguel Rivera, a 12-year-old boy who lives with his
grandmother named Coco. They live in a small village in Mexico. When Coco was a child, he
lived with his mother, Imelda Rivera, and at that time music was strictly prohibited in his
family. But now the great-grandson Miguel is secretly dreaming of becoming a musician like
Ernesto de la Cruz, who is a popular movie star and singer of the Imelda generation. One
time Miguel found a photo he knew as Ernesto and concluded that he was Ernesto's great-
grandson. Since then, Miguel tried to enter Ernesto's tomb and steal his guitar to be used in a
performance.
Miraculously, when Miguel strummed a guitar, he became invisible to everyone at the
venue. He could only see and be seen by his dog, and his relatives who had died at that time
who were visiting from the Land of the Dead for a holiday, then brought Miguel to their
nature. Since then, Miguel experienced many incidents in the Land of the Dead. He traveled
unexpectedly to find out about his family history. It was there that Miguel also met with
Hector, a lucky frame.
Miguel meets Hector, a lucky frame that was once played with Ernesto and offers to
help Miguel contact him. Instead, Hector asked Miguel to bring his photo back to the Land of
Life so he could visit it before he forgot it and he was completely gone. Hector tried to return
Miguel to his relatives, but Miguel ran away and infiltrated Ernesto's house, learning that the
old friendship between the two had gotten worse before Hector's death. Ernesto welcomed
Miguel as his descendant, but Hector confronted them, begging Miguel to take a picture of
him. Hector realized the truth about his death.
Miguel realized that Hector was, in fact, his great-grandfather and Coco was his
daughter, the only person who still remembered him. When the sun rises, Hector is in danger
of being forgotten and disappearing. Imelda unconditionally blessed Miguel so that he could
return to the Land of Life, where he played songs for Coco that Hector had written for him
during his childhood. The song triggered his memory of Hector and revitalized it, and he
gave Miguel a photo ripped from the scene, showing Hector's face. Elena made peace with
Miguel, received both and the music returned to the family.
One year later, Miguel proudly presented the family ofrenda - who displayed photos
of Coco, now dead - to his new baby brother. The letter kept by Coco contained evidence that
Ernesto stole Hector's music; As a result, Ernesto's legacy was destroyed and the community
forgot it and honored Hector instead. In the Land of the Dead, Hector and Imelda joined Coco
to visit Riveras who lived while Miguel was singing and playing for his relatives, both dead
and alive.
