CONCLUSION:

 From the above survey and observations we came to a conclusion that crime rates in urban
areas were way higher than the crime rates in rural areas.
 Although crime rates has significantly decreased in the following years still there wasn’t a
stability for the same.
 We also noted that child labour was significantly reduced from that of the past which is a
very good indicator of India’s progress as a crime free nation.
 But on the other hand crimes like rapes have shown a significant increase over the years
which indeed makes the entire situation worse, e.g. the recent incident of Dr.Priyanka Reddy
who was physically abused and brutally killed.
 We also have noted that people now are more involved in cyber crimes which are even more
dangerous than that of other crimes.
 Hence we conclude with a suggestion that the law enforcement authorities must be more
strict and should take up their responsibility to protect its citizens from any such disrupting
crimes and its also the duty of the citizens to make sure they do not involve or support any
such crimes which takes place in their surroundings.
