studding in your school in Class IV-C, Admn. No. 10746 was suffering from
stomach problem from 27th Nov, 2019 to 30th Nov, 2019, due to which he could
attend his class. He was given due treatment from the hospital and now by The
Grace of God, he is alright and can go to school regularly.
It is requested that his absence period from 27 th Nov, 2019 to 30th Nov,
2019 may kindly be treated as sick leave.
