Bill Title___

Make Animal Testing Illegal Act_________________________________________________

115th Congress

2nd Session

HB or SB #___731_________

IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OR SENATE

Date: 9/28/20

A BILL

Be it enacted by the Senate OR House of Representatives of the United States of America

in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ________________________Make______Animal Testing_IIlegal

__________________________.

SECTION 2. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE/NEED

(1) Make Animal Testing Illegal

(2) Animal testing should become illegal becuase, animal testing is so cold hearted.
Over 100 millions of animals die per year . For scale around one animal per
secod dies 86,400 a day 604,800 a week and a little over 2 million a month all
caused by animal testing.

(3) This bill will impact some businesses and brands. Such as some big brands like
Colgate , MAC Cosmetics and Arm & Hammer. It may impact women and men
because the businesses may have less products for a little. But i believe that they
can test products in different ways.

(4) This bill will stop animals from suffering and dying. If this bill gets approved it will.
Start as soon as it's approved. Hopefully by June of 2021. The fines if this law will
be around 200,000 since most companies who do this have a lot of money. Or 5
years in jail with an 80,000 fee.

(5) The USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection. Would be responsible and in
charge of making sure no one breaks the law of testing on animals.

(6) Lastly The U.S.A loses an unnecessary 16 billion dollars a year from testing on
innocent animals. So we could save 16 billion dollars if we make this illegal!!!
