Chapter 4 - Scientific cadre members of military higher education institutions

Scientific cadre members - Article 26

1. Scientific cadre member is an individual who teaches in a department of the institution and is
engaged in research and per the provisions of the law possesses academic rank.
2. Scientific cadre member includes teacher and teacher assistant which is classified as following:
a. Teacher assistant
I. Junior teaching assistant
II. Teaching assistant
III. Senior teaching assistant
b. Teacher
I. Assistant professor
II. Associate professor
III. Professor

Retirement - Article 36

The teachers of military higher education institutions retire upon completion of the age of 65.
