 What are your strengths?

I'm an optimistic person, I always try to look on the bright side in whatever situation, I
can work with a team and respect different ideas, I'm able to adapt change and I like to
do everything on time, so I would say that I'm punctual and responsible.

 What is your greatest weakness?

In some cases, I can be impatient with people that don't work at the same rate than me,
but I'm working to get better at that aspect because I know that everyone has different
abilities and ways to do things, besides, you can learn something from each person.

 Why do you want to work for us?

I've done my research on what it's like working for this company and I've only been
found great things about everything, like the corporate culture and career development
opportunities.

 What do you find most attractive about this position?

I’m looking for a company I can grow my career with and in my opinion, your company
can allow me that.

 What do you look for in this job?

It will enable me to utilize my skills and knowledge on different projects, I can make
contributions and at the same time build upon my existing skills by working in this role.

 What motivates you?

I feel comfortable meeting targets and deadlines; at the same time, I always like to come
up with creative ideas to improve something and getting involved in new projects, and of
course, I feel motivated for belonging to your company and help to its increase.
