For optimal performance please carefully read and
understand all instructions before using your device.Accessories included:

IMPORTANT: PLEASE INSERT SD MEMORY CARD
BEFORE USE (NOT INCLUDED)!!!
1) Insert the SD memory card (up to 32 GB — not included) into the
SD Card slot until it clicks into place.
2) To remove SD Card, press the SD card lightly and the SD Card
will eject partially allowing you to remove it.
3) IfDash Cam Pro™ does not have a SD Card in the SD slot, the
screen reads “No Card” and the unit will not function.
4) Ifthe SD card is not being recognized or detected correctly
please release the SD card and reinstall it.
Please Note:
1) Ifinserted incorrectly, the SD Memory card may become
damaged or cause damage to the unit.
2) Once the SD Memory card is correctly inserted the device will
recognize the memory card automatically.
CHARGING:
1) Install the battery into the back of the unit.
2) Plug the device into the provided 12V/24V car charger.
3) Charging time: 3-5 hours.
4) When fully charged the battery will have three green blocks
inside of it and stay solid “Green”.Caution:
* When the battery is low the unit will enter into power saving mode,
or function inconsistently. Please charge the battery fully to ensure
proper functionality of the device.
¢ To achieve maximum battery power it is required to fully charge
the battery using a 5v/1A power wall adaptor (not included).
* Note: the rechargeable battery included with your device is not
intended for long term use when disconnected from the charging
cable. When disconnected from the power source the maximum
battery life is 15-30 minutés when fully charged.

SWITCHING MODES
1) Install the SD Memory card.
2) Press the “POWER” button to turn the device “On”.
The unit will begin recording automatically.
3) Press the record/ok button to turn off/on the video recording.
Once you stop recording the unit will save the file automatically.
4) Press “MODE” to choose the other “Modes”
(Video/ Photo /Audio / Playback).
5) Press and hold “POWER” button 3 second to shut down the
device.
MENU SETTING
SYSTEM SETTINGS
To choose the settings for Video, Photo, Audio and Playback modes please
use the following:

Time Stamp: On/Off
Motion Detect: OFF / ON. Ifselected “ON”, the device will recording
automatically when movement is detected and the device save the
video automatically. Once no motion is detected, the unit will enter
standby mode but will start to record again if movement is detected.
The unit must be powered on for the motion detect mode to be enabled.
To exit the Motion Detection mode status, please press
“MODE” button.
Video Time (Loop Recording): OFF / ON.
Loop Time: 1 min, 3min, 5 min, 10min. With “Loop turned “ON”, the
device will save video files in your choice of 1/3/5/10 minute intervals
automatically. When the SD card is full, the device will begin to record
over previously recorded beginning with the oldest recorded segment
recorded.
Voice Record: On / Off
Screen Saver: On / Off
After selection, click “RECORD/OK” button to confirm, setting is
now complete. Then click “MENU” to exit.PHOTO SETTING
Power on; Press “MODE” button to enter photo mode (the upper right
corner of screen will display a blue “A” icon). Choose “MENU” to enter the
menu setting mode. Then press “RECORD/OK” to select the resolution of
the photo:
1) Size: 2048x1536(3M) / 1600x1200(2M) / 1280x960(1.3M) /
640x480(VGA)
After selection, click “RECORD/OK” button to confirm, setting
completed. Then click “MENU” to exit.
PLAYBACK SETTING
Video: Press the “MODE” button until you get to playback video screen
which should have the file name with the file extension “AVI” at the top
and an arrow/play icon at the upper right corner. To playback the most
recent video recording press the RECORD/OK button. To pause it press
the RECORD/OK button again. Press the Down/Up button to select the
saved/previous file/s.
PHOTO: To view the most recent picture captured press the “MODE”
button until you get to the photo view screen which should have the file
name with the file extension “.JPG” at the top and an arrow/play icon at the
upper right corner. Press the Down/Up button to select the saved/previous
file/s.
AUDIO: Press the “MODE” button until you get to the playback audio
screen which should have the file name with the file extension “. WAV” at
the top and an arrow/play icon at the upper right corner. To playback the
most recent audio recording press the RECORD/ok button. To pause it
press the RECORD/OK button again. Press the Down/Up button to select
the saved/previous file/s.
Playback Menu Settings:
1) Delete: Delete One (Delete this file? Execute/Cancel)
Delete All Files (Delete All files? Execute/Cancel).
2) File locking: Lock One/Lock All/Unlock One/Unlock All.
This will protect an audio or video file from being deleted.
3) Thumbnail: Choose audio files saved.
4) Volume: 0/1/2/3
After selection, press “RECORD/OK” to confirm, setting completed.
Then press “MENU” to exit.SYSTEMS SET UP:
Power on; Press “MENU” twice to enter the Set Up Menu. To select the
System Setting press the “RECORD/OK” button.

Format: Execute/Cancel. Selecting Execute will format the SD
Card. This will only format the SD card. Please note that formatting
your SD card will erase anything that you have saved to the card!!
Language: English/Traditional Chinese/Simplified Chinese/
Japanese/Francais/Deutsch/Italiano/Portuguese/Espanol, etc.
Auto Off (Power Save): 1 MIN, 3 MINS, 5MINS, OFF - This
will shut off the camera after 1, 3, 5 min IF THE CAMERA
IS NOT RECORDING! If the camera is recording, this feature will
function once recording is stopped.
Sys. Reset: Cancel/Execute. Selecting Execute will restore the unit's
factory default settings (like new).
Light (Power) Frequency: 50 Hz or 60 Hz
NOTE: This should be set for 60 Hz in North America. Outside of
the US it should be set to whatever the National Power Grid is
standardized to (more than likely 50 Hz).
Date and Time Input: [Year/Month/Date], [Date/Month/Year] or
[Month/Date/Year]; HH:MM
USB: PC Cam/Disk Drive. (Select PC Cam for easy connection
with PCs/Laptops, no USB driver needed).
Press “DOWN/UP” button to select, and press “RECORD/OK” to
confirm. Press “MENU” to exit after setting completed.
OPERATION
Auto Ignition Recording

Connect the Dash Cam Pro to the included card adaptor and
plug into.
The Dash Cam Pro unit will turn on and begin automatically
recording upon ignition.Manual Recording While Charging:
1) Connect the device to a wall power adapter or car charger.
2) Press the MODE button to select video mode.
3) Press the “RECORD/OK” button to record.
4) Press the “RECORD/OK” button to pause.
Note: The record function will not work when the unit is connected to a PC.
LOOP RECORDING:
1) During loop recording, the device will save each video file in
1/3/5/10 minute intervals automatically. When the SD card is full,
the device will delete the first video file and record over the deleted
video file.
NIGHT VISION RECORDING:
1) Press the “POWER” button to select the Night Vision (a crescent
moon and star icon will appear on screen) and Day Vision (a sun
icon will appear on screen). We recommend that you leave it on the
Night Vision mode.
AUDIO RECORDING MODE
1) Connect the device to a wall power adapter or car charger.
2) Press the MODE button to select audio mode.
3) Press the “RECORD/OK” button to record.
4) Press the “RECORD/OK” button to pause.
PHOTO MODE
1) _ Press the “MODE” button to choose the photo mode. The upper
tight corner of screen will display a blue “A” icon.
2) Press “RECORD/OK” button to take photos.
PLAYBACK MODE
1) Press the “MODE” until you enter the playback mode. The upper
left corner of screen will display the “Playing” icon.
2) Press the “DOWN/UP” button to choose the desired files.
3) Press the “RECORD/OK” button to playback the file.
4) Press the “RECORD/OK” button to stop or start again.DELETING
1) Press the “MODE” button to select the playback mode
(video/audio/photo).
2) Press the “DOWN/UP” button to choose the desired file.
3) Press the “MENU” button and then press the “RECORD/OK”
button to select “Delete”.
4) Press the “DOWN/UP” button to select “Delete One” to delete the
selected file or “Delete All” to delete all files.
5) Press the “DOWN/UP” button to select “Cancel” to cancel the
deletion or “Execute” to delete the file/s.
6) Press the “RECORD/OK” button to confirm.

TROUBLESHOOTING
1) Why won't my Dash Cam Pro™ record?
Confirm the memory card is inserted properly and there is enough
free space on the memory card to record. Also confirm that the
unit has enough battery or is plugged into power source.
2) Why are my recordings or photos blurry?
Use a clean, soft lens-cleaning cloth to gently clean the lens.
3) My device is frozen/has stopped functioning:
Remove the battery to reset.
4) My problem is not listed here what should I do?
