field developed their ideas is probably not the best one. For instance, many
popularizations of quantum mechanics are outmoded in the way they
describe such things as 'wave-particle duality' as being the fundamental
concepts underlying the whole theory. These can often lead to muddled
thinking and confusion; and that's going to be hard enough to avoid, however
carefully I try.
