Q-1 What is input, output, storage and network devices?

Answer:-

Input devices:-
An input device is any hardware device that sends data to a computer, allowing
you to interact with and control it. The picture shows a Logitech trackball mouse,
which is an example of an input device. The most commonly used or primary input
devices on a computer are the keyboard and mouse.

Output devices:-
An output device is any device used to send data from a computer to
another device or user. Most computer data output that is meant for humans is in
the form of audio or video. Thus, most output devices used by humans are in these
categories. Examples include monitors, projectors, speakers, headphones and
printers.
Storage device:-
A storage device is any computing hardware that is used for storing, porting and
extracting data files and objects. It can hold and store information both temporarily
and permanently, and can be internal or external to a computer, server or any
similar computing device.

A storage device may also be known as a storage medium or storage media.

Network devices:-
Network devices are components used to connect computers or other
electronic devices together so that they can share files or resources like printers or
fax machines. Devices used to setup a Local Area Network (LAN) are the most
common type of network devices used by the public. A LAN requires a hub,
switch, router.

Q-2 Troubleshooting input output and storage problem:-

Definition - What does  Troubleshooting  mean?
Troubleshooting is the process of identifying, planning and resolving a problem,
error or fault within a software or computer system. It enables the repair and
restoration of a computer or software when it becomes faulty, unresponsive or acts
in an abnormal way.

Explains  Troubleshooting:-
Troubleshooting is primarily done to keep a system or software in desired
condition, specifically when it encounters or exhibits a problem. It is a systematic
approach done within one or more phases depending on the complexity of a
problem. Typically, the first step involves identifying what the problem is followed
by coming up with a solution to counteract the problem and then implementing that
solution. However, there can be more than one reason for the problem, which will
require a more complex solution. An individual troubleshooting such a problem
might test for different solutions to eliminate the problem or fault.
Monitors troubleshooting includes discussion of the various settings on the monitor
including horizontal and vertical size and position, color hue, degaussing, and
connectivity issues.

Troubleshoot in output,input:-

Mouse includes troubleshooting basic mice devices including erratic mouse

movement, cleaning procedures for optical and ball mice, and connectivity issues.

Keyboard includes troubleshooting keyboard devices including dealing with

sticky keys, cleaning procedures, and connectivity issues.

Speakers includes troubleshooting for computer speakers including lack of sound,

on screen volume controls, and connectivity issues.
Troubleshooting in storage devices:-
Hard Disk Drives If the ailing hard disk is an additional drive, such as an external
hard disk, it won't show up in My Computer or Windows Explorer and you'll see a
"Missing Shortcut" error when you try to access files or programs stored on it.

Q-3 What is solid state device and magnetic device?

Answer:-
SSD:-
An SSD is a type of mass storage device similar to a hard disk drive (HDD). ...
Unlike hard drives, SSDs do not have any moving parts (which is why they are
called solid state drives). Instead of storing data on magnetic platters, SSDs store
data using flash memory.
Explaination:- Stands for "Solid State Drive." An SSD is a type of mass storage
device similar to a hard disk drive (HDD). It supports reading and writing data and
maintains stored data in a permanent state even without power. Internal SSDs
connect to a computer like a hard drive, using standard IDE or SATA connections.

 Magnetic  storage device:-

Magnetic storage is one of the most affordable ways to store large amounts of
data and has been implemented using magnetic tape, floppy disks and hard disk
drives
Explain:-There are several different ways of storing information on the computer.
One of the longest used systems for storing information have been with magnetic
storage devices. Magnetic storage devices have improved in capacity and speed
since they were first used. Smaller devices can now hold much more information.
Even though other types of storage are becoming more popular, there are still
many uses for magnetic storage devices.
