DISCRETE MATHEMATICS

Practical task №2
Topic: the logic of compound statements.
Purpose: obtain knowledge and skills on operating with sentences, statements
and the truth tables.

In order to complete your individual practical task №2, you must:

- read the materials and learn the examples of similar tasks solution in file
“Lecture 2.pdf”;
- pick your variant and resolve tasks in file
“Theme_2_Individual_Practical_Tasks.pdf”;
(all listed files are available in “Discrete Mathematics” course in the Moodle)
- prepare and submit report.

Report must contain:

1) Title page (example below).
2) Topic, Purpose.
3) Tasks corresponding to your variant (number in the journal list).
4) Description of resolving process for each task.
5) Solution result for each task.
6) Screenshots/images if needed.
Report must be saved in .doc/.docx/.pdf file and submitted to the Moodle system by
indicated deadline.
