Carry out a new payment using another device
If you are using an app, please proceed with the following:

Restart your phone
Take your verification pictures in advance; during the Checkout process, when you are asked to upload a picture
of a verification document, do not click ""take a picture"", please click ""upload from gallery"" and choose the
picture you made earlier
If the problem still persists after you have done these steps, please send a screen capture of the payment
process/ the error message and we will look for an alternative solution.
