Performance notes;
Most players will play the melody with a swing feel which I notated to some degree. Also,
The Ami on the 3rd beat in bars 1, 5 & 17 works as a passing chord, it isn't in the
original published music, just a suggestion.
(C7 works as well). Lastly, in pieces like this either a ii-V or just V both work.
So bar 21 can be G7.
