My day begins with a simple and healthy breakfast. A cup of milk and a bread with sausage.

I don't
like to eat too much in the morning because I try not to gain weight.

Between work and college I don't eat much, sometimes a little dessert and a cold drink to quench
my thirst. In the afternoons I generally don't eat anything. Almost always at night I eat little. A
soup and a hot drink such as anise or chamomile. I suffer from indigestion constantly
