CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION

This project is a water supply Mugoya phase 1 the project was carried out after I had
investigated the water shortage problem and its impacts to the residents of the estate however
there is an existing water supply but the residents of the estate still face the water shortage.
The project will be managed by Nairobi city and Sewerage Company after it’s complete in a
commissioning

RECOMMENDATION
This project report has stated many of the challenges that the residents in Mugoya phase1
estate have been facing as a result the complementation of this project is not only solving their
water shortage but also contributing to the improvement of their standards and economy of
living therefore I recommend that the project have to be implemented at the beginning of 2020
as per the design period of the project used in the popularity projection
