Job Description:
• Managing End – to – End Project Life Cycle. Fixed price projects and Agile implementations
• Managing team of 20 members (Onsite/Offshore)
• Effective Risk and Change Management
• Successful delivery track records
• Good grasp of Software Development Life Cycle and related processes including CMMI
• Stakeholder communication and management with Status Report on Weekly/Monthly basis
• Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management
• Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
• Maintains high team morals in adverse times"
Key Skills:
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing and delivering technology development projects for US clients
• Must have managed atleast one project based on MEAN and / or Cloud technology services
• Client facing/handling Skills
• Excellent oral and written skills
• Estimation, RFP, R&D, Mentoring
• Working with US Clients
• Any development technical background Eg: DotNet, Java, Database, Datawarehouse
• Handled minimum team Size of 20
• Minimum Graduation
• Experience from IT Service/Consulting Industry
• Worked on Onsite offshore Module
