The eccentric and main shaft roller bearings provide precision guidance and their design capacity is much more than working loads. This ensures trouble free lona workina life and low operatina cost. 2) Allthe partseasily accessible, hence easy toinspectand maintain, 3) Almost vertical profile chamber, ensures constant productsize throughout thelife of mantle and concave, 4) Three crushing chambers are available for each model of crushers. by proper selection of crushing chamber, theproductsize can be easly changed, 5) Interior of he crusherispressurized with airto prevent dustentering. 6) Automatic oillubrication system for bearings and bevel gears with external aircooling unitforcil. 7) Bottom shellis protected with replaceableliners. 8) Driveto eccentric shaftis given through special spiral bevel gear to makeit smooth and noiseless. 9) All Puzzolana cone crushers are supplied with the hydraulic main shaft support control system This helps the operator with instantadjustment of thecrushersetting. 10) These crushers are designed for heavy duty and continuous operation. These are well suited for stationary and mobile applications. AUTOMATIC TRAMP IRON RELEASE SYSTEM : When uncrushable material enters into crushing zone, oil expelled from the cylinder, due to sudden increased pressure, enters to an accumulator which is gas charged. As the mantle lowers and allows the uncrushable ‘material to pass, the pressurized gas in the accumulator returns the oil tothe cylinder and hence the crusher toits original setting, The hydraulic control system also allows clearing the crushing chamber froma stalled condition, under load due topowerfailure.
