Dear Maam:
This is to respectfully inform your good office that our daughter Cinderella,
Grade-9 Learner of that school intended to transfer and enroll as Grade 10 at
Avalor High School before the start of the school year 2020-2021. In view hereof,
may we request that her corresponding Form 137 and 138 be released to
facilitate her enrolment process by the Avalor in the Learner Information System.
The reasons of transfer are not far-fetched. With the new normal, we are
apprehensive that we don’t have the necessary capability to help Lyka’s
education. We don’t have gadgets and none of us can commit to teach or assist
her in understanding and answering the modules. As parents, we can’t deprive
her the opportunity to have better access to quality education amidst pandemic.
Because of our pursuit to finish her Secondary School, we decided that she be
transferred to another school in Cotabato City, with the support of our kin.
Your understanding, approval and prompt action will definitely help our daughter
realize her dream.
