TRUTHS FOR WHEN YOU

QUESTION WHO YOU A RE

Sometimes it’s easier to believe what God says about Himself and not believe what
He says about us. We wake up in the morning and before we even set our feet on the floor,
we are bombarded with lies about who we are.

I don’t have what it takes. I’m tired of trying. I’m simply not good enough.

And then we unlock our phones and click on social media and the lies continue.

"Look at what she's accomplishing. I try so hard and I never fit into that friend group she has.
I will never be good enough to be in a relationship like hers. I’m forgotten and alone.”

All day long, we tell ourselves who we are. The enemy whispers, “Who do you think you are?
You are not good enough. You are a fraud. Look at her, she is so much better than you. You are a
failure. God doesn’t think good things about you.” He emphasizes our feelings of inferiority,
insecurity and inadequacy and before long, we are suffering from a forgotten identity.

But we get to choose: Who are we going to believe?

Let’s interrupt the endless cycle of lies the enemy throws at us with the Truth of God's Word.
