CONDUCT: LCPL Calderon within his first month has shown he can hold

himself and work well with his peers. SNM has taken over the “Motor

Transport Operations Chief” billet and is doing very well without

anyone’s supervision. SNM also takes initiative when it comes to

getting any work done and keep himself busy such as re-organizing

record jackets. SNM also assist those who need help, including those

out of his MOS.

ACHIEVEMENTS:

● HOLDING A “MOTOR TRANSPORT OPERATIONS CHIEF” BILLET

● ASSIST WITH DRAINING POWER STEERING FLUID WITH CPL ANDINO

● ASSIST IN FACILITATING EQUIPMENT & GEAR FOR UNITS 3RD LAR, V 1/2,

AND AAV C2 PLT FOR TRAINING EXERCISE.

GOALS FOR NEXT MONTH:

● Achieve CFT with a 280

● Maintain/update all PMCS and Vehicle equipment Wrecker jackets.

● Identify any missing vehicle SL-3’s

● Begin College this Fall semester
